For full-service weddings we recommend 9 to 12 months out, especially for popular spring and fall dates. Month-of coordination can often be arranged with 6 to 8 weeks' notice, subject to availability.
Do you work within our budget?
Yes. We build a line-item budget at the start and track every deposit and payment against it, flagging trade-offs early so there are no surprises as the date approaches.
Can we use our own vendors?
Absolutely. We're happy to coordinate vendors you already love, and we'll fill any gaps from our vetted network at rates we've pre-negotiated.
What happens if something goes wrong on the day?
That's exactly what we're there for. Our team carries an emergency kit, backup contacts for every vendor, and a contingency plan, so issues get solved quietly before they reach you.
